The Pre-Dominant Aggressor Training will be located in Bartlesville, OK and hosted by the Delaware Tribe of Indians Department of Family and Children Services. This training opportunity will educate attendees about dynamics in domestic violence cases, to assist with on scene response, identifying a predominant aggressor and the arrest decision. 8 CLEET hours will be provided for law enforcement.
